Details: The Care Team invites you to our monthly Care Circle! This month, we'll have a 30-minute training before the circle, in which we'll dive into our 'Care Buddy' model. You'll learn how to regulate your own nervous system and how to then apply that towards helping someone else. No prior experience is required. Hope to see you there!
