Details: #LAPCFAILS is a coalition composed of Black Lives Matters-LA, Los Angeles Community Action Network, Stop LAPD Spying Coalition, and White People for Black Lives that shows up to the weekly meetings of the Los Angeles Board of Police Commissioners.
